Zero-Tolerance Intoxicating Substance Policy

LuxeRide DFW maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of intoxicating substances by drivers while providing transportation services.

If you reasonably suspect that a driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or another intoxicating substance, end the ride when it is safe to do so and report the concern immediately.

Passenger Safety

Zero-Tolerance Policy

LuxeRide DFW has a zero-tolerance policy concerning the use of intoxicating substances by any driver while providing transportation services.

Drivers may not provide transportation services while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, controlled substances or any other intoxicating substance that may affect the safe operation of a vehicle.

If a passenger reasonably believes a LuxeRide DFW driver may be impaired, the passenger should request that the ride end as soon as it is safe to do so and report the incident to LuxeRide DFW.
